Homeopathy is a gentle, individualised system of medicine that aims to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it looks at the whole picture. So we consider your physical health, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle patterns, and the unique way you experience your symptoms.
I came to homeopathy before becoming pregnant with my first baby, and it completely changed the way I understood health. Throughout my pregnancy I was able to support myself gently, naturally and confidently, and that experience deepened my trust in homeopathy.
Once my baby arrived, I used homeopathy constantly for all the inevitable “dramas” of family life: teething, colds, bumps, rashes, tummy upsets, overtiredness and all the irritable, emotional moments that can come with early childhood. It felt grounding, intuitive and empowering, and that’s what inspired me to continue to train formally.
My approach is warm, calm and intuitive. I aim to guide people gently towards the questions that need asking, in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. While we may explore sensitive or personal areas, sessions are always unhurried, compassionate and grounded — never arduous.
I work under professional supervision and I’m particularly drawn to supporting women’s and children’s health, where feeling safe, understood and at ease really matters.
Outside of my practice, I’m a mum, a good friend and a reader, with a naturally light-hearted sense of humour. I enjoy fresh air, simple routines and finding ease in everyday life — and I bring that same gentle, human quality into my work.
You may already know the remedy Arnica, often used for bruising. Homeopathy works from that same principle by using prepared natural substances to stimulate the body’s own healing response. However, the scope of homeopathy stretches far beyond first aid, offering support for both acute and long-standing concerns.
Remedies are safe, non-addictive and can be used alongside conventional medical care.
Homeopathy is great for children as it is both gentle and safe. They also respond amazingly to treatment!
Homeopathy is often chosen when symptoms are chronic, cyclical, unexplained, or when someone wants a gentle natural approach that sees them as a whole person.
People choose homeopathy because they want:
Your first appointment is relaxed, unhurried and centred around you – taking 1 hour. We explore your main concern, patterns in your health, and anything else that feels relevant such as sleep, digestion, energy, emotions, or life events. All appointments are currently on Zoom, so you can feel comfortable in your own space and at a time that works for you.
Understanding you – not just your symptoms – is key to finding the most fitting remedy.
Follow-up appointments I will book with you separately, these are generally shorter (though I still book in an hour) and focus on how you’ve been since the remedy, and what shifts are happening mentally, emotionally or physically – if any!
I charge a nominal £30 for full appointments in order to cover the costs of my supervision hours for schooling.
If you are still unsure, I am also happy to have a free-of-charge 15 minute call with you to discuss whether or not homeopathy is the right path for you.
How to take your remedy:
If you’re curious about how homeopathy could support you I would love to help.
If you’re unsure, I am happy to take 15 minute introduction calls for free. Once you’re satisfied, I invite you to set up a first consultation session, lasting 1 hour. I aim to make the whole process calm, simple and supportive from the very beginning.
If you’re unsure which appointment to choose or have any questions, feel free to get in touch – I’m always happy to help. Also please check your spam folder – sadly appointment confirmations sometimes end up there!

The Homeopathic Research Institute (HRI) is a UK-based charity dedicated to promoting high quality research in homeopathy at an international level. The charity was founded by physicist, Dr Alexander Tournier, who previously worked as an independent researcher for Cancer Research UK, conducting interdisciplinary research at the boundaries between mathematics, physics and biology.
There are some amazing research papers here.
Some exciting homeopaths I recommend you follow.
